Terms and conditions of use


 

1.  Introduction: Welcome to A M C PASSENGER TRANSPORT BY LUXURY MOTOR VEHICLES L.L.C, a transportation service company offering luxury services through passenger transportation platforms in Dubai. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.


2. Use of the Services Our services are available to individuals over 18 years of age or the legal age in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you agree to comply with Uber and Careem's terms and conditions, as well as our own terms and conditions.


3. Reservations and Payments Customers can book a trip through the Uber and Careem platforms. Payment is made according to the terms and conditions of these platforms.
On our website, the client can register for any available service and must pay online at the time of creating the reservation.


4. Drivers and Vehicles Our drivers must comply with the requirements established by Uber, Careem and local regulations. The vehicles used must meet safety and maintenance standards.


5. Rates and Billing Trip rates are calculated according to the prices established by Uber and Careem. On our website, customers can view the prices of our services. Customers are responsible for any additional charges, such as tolls or airport fees. As per law  our limousines services are 30% more expensive than a regular taxi.


6. Liability and Insurance  our fleet has mandatory insurance who will be responsible in case of accidents.


7. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.


8. General Provisions Any dispute related to our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Dubai. We reserve the right to review and modify these terms and conditions at any time.
By using our services, you accept these ter
ms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend that you do not use our services.

Client Conduct:
1. By using our  services,  the client agrees to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the journey.


2. The customer is expected to respect the driver's instructions and behave in a civil manner at all times.
3. Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive or dangerous will be grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.

4.Vehicle Damage:
a. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, in addition to any damage caused by his or her companions' behavior.
b. Additional charges will apply for any significant damage, including damage caused by vomit, food stains, pet damage, or other types of damage that require additional cleaning or repair.

c.Fines for Vomiting or Other Damages:
In the event of vomiting or other damage to the interior of the vehicle, an additional fee will apply to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
The fee for vomiting or other damages will be determined by our company and will be applied depending on the severity of the situation.

5.Payment authorization:
a. By using our car rental services with driver included, the customer authorizes the charging of his or her payment method for any fines, damages or additional costs related to the use of the vehicle during the rental period.

6.Claims and Disputes:
a. Any dispute related to damage charges, customer conduct or other aspects of our services will be resolved in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

Cancellation policy


1. Cancellations by the Client:
Customers can cancel their reservation at no additional charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 1 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.

2. Cancellations by the Driver:
In the unlikely event that a driver must cancel a reservation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund.


3. No Show:
If a customer does not show up at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and does not contact us, it will be considered a "no show." In this case, the full cost of the trip will be charged.


4. Modifications:
Modifications can be made to existing reservations, subject to availability and approval by our company. Changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional charges.


5. Refunds:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the cancellation date and returned to the customer's original payment method.
